Priority Design & Service has run three lines of work out of the same shop in Selma since 1999: residential comfort systems, light commercial rooftop plant, and multi-family construction. Whichever one your building falls under, the same technicians answer the phone and the same license, TACLB018551E, is on the door. We are an authorized Armstrong Air and Goodman dealer and also fit and service Honeywell, NuCalgon, APCO and Mitsubishi equipment, and when a new system needs paying for we work with Service Finance Co. LLC on fixed rate financing.

Line 01: Residential
Residential HVAC
Spring and fall check-ups you can read in full before we show up: fifteen points on the cooling side, thirteen on the heating side. A service agreement adds two visits a year, fifteen percent off repairs, and a two-year repair guarantee, with no overtime charge and no surprise trip fee.
Line 02: Light commercial
Rooftop plant, not a bigger house system
A packaged or split rooftop unit does not behave like a residential system bolted to the side of a house, and it does not get serviced like one. We tag every unit, plan the roof access, and work the roof the safe way, whether it is one condenser or a bank of them.
We are used to keeping a tenant space open while the work happens. Changeouts get staged around trading hours instead of shutting a business down for a day, and we sell, service and repair all major brands, not just the ones we install.
Line 03: Multi-family construction
From bid phase to warranty
Multi-family has been the backbone of this company for more than twenty five years. We come in at the bid phase, work through redesign and value engineering, resolve code issues before they turn into change orders, and stay on through construction to warranty. Crane Contracting Group alone has trusted us with more than 2,600 units, completed and in progress.
On site that means knowledgeable installers and supervisors who keep a live construction schedule moving, coordinating daily with the general contractor’s own field representatives and every other trade on the job.

Brands we sell, service and repair
We are an authorized Armstrong Air and Goodman dealer, and we also work with Honeywell controls, NuCalgon chemicals, APCO air quality equipment and Mitsubishi systems. Past what we install, we sell, service and repair all major brands, so an existing system does not have to be ours to get looked after.
Estimates are free on new equipment and sales. A diagnostic visit on an existing system is a paid service call, and we say so up front rather than let it be a surprise on the invoice. If a new system needs paying for, we work with Service Finance Co. LLC on fixed interest rate plans with no pre-payment penalty.
