About
Family-owned in Selma since 1999
Priority Design & Service is proudly serving Texas since 1999, out of a shop in Selma that still carries owner Matt Carson’s name on the license. Residential comfort systems, light commercial rooftop plant, and more than twenty five years of multi-family construction, all run by the same family-owned crew.

The name on the door
Walk up to Suite 202 on Jordan Road and the door tells you everything: the full logo, the phone number, and license TACLB018551E, regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Nothing about this company is anonymous, and that is deliberate.
Chapter 02
What the logo is actually saying
Look closely at the mark on the door, on the vans, on every truck in the lot, and you will find a gold letter P holding two halves together: a red heating coil on one side, blue airflow waves on the other, and a white snowflake sitting where they meet. It is not decoration. It is the whole business in one shape, heating and cooling under a single roof, and it is the reason this site marks its own heating content and cooling content the same way the logo does.
The shop behind that mark is a working shop, not a storefront. Six branded vehicles park out front on a normal day, each one carrying the same phone number and the same service lines: residential, light commercial, and multifamily specialists, sales and service, installation. Matt Carson and his technicians run the family business out of it, and their own About page says what they are aiming for plainly: to earn a spot on your list of companies to call first, before anyone else, the next time a system acts up.

“They quickly found and corrected the problem that had plagued my air conditioning system for most of the five years since the home was built. Other lesser technicians had worked around the problem but never identified it.”
Alan D. Armstrong, San Antonio

Chapter 03
Regulated, local, and close to home
Priority Design & Service is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation under TACLB018551E, and that license covers everything from a residential spring check-up to a multi-family construction contract. It is the reason the number is painted on the door in the first place: it is meant to be checked, not just trusted.
Day to day, the company works San Antonio, Schertz, Cibolo, Garden Ridge, Marion, Universal City, Converse, Live Oak, New Braunfels and Selma, the same territory it has covered since 1999. If your building sits in that corridor, it likely falls under one of the three service lines already described on this site, and financing is available for new equipment through Service Finance Co. LLC.
